Mempercepat Booting Windows XP

Ada banyak cara untuk mempercepat proses booting windows kita. jika kecepatan yang kita utamakan, maka gini lo caranya :

1. Buka notepad, kemudian ketik "del c:\windows\prefetch\ntosboot-*.* /q" (tanpa kutip). simpan dengan nama ntsboot.bat di C:\
2. dari start menu pilih "Run..." & ketik "gpedit.msc".
3. Double click "Windows Settings" pada "Computer Configuration" dan double click lagi pada"Shutdown"di sebelah kanan.
4. Lalu akan tampil shutdown properties, click "add", "Browse", locate your "ntosboot.bat" file & click "Open".
5. Click "OK", "Apply" & "OK" once again to exit.
6. Dari Start menu, select "Run..." & type "devmgmt.msc".
7. Double click on "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
8. Right click on "Primary IDE Channel" and select "Properties".
9. Pilih "Advanced Settings" tab then on the device or 1 lalu pilih 'device type' dan pilih 'none' dan klik "OK".
10. Begitu juga untuk "Secondary IDE channel", select "Properties" device type kita ubah ke "none".
11. Reboot your computer.

Dijamin, booting windows kamu akan lebih cepat.
